I chose the cello image as she plays the cello, I built it into a 3D decoupage. I did the embossed music score with an embossing folder with my Cuttlebug. I used outline peel off stickers for the border and more peel offs for the "Happy birthday" and the notes at the bottom.
That card looks expensive, I like the way you have the musical bits looking 3D xx
